Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using the transfer services offered by LaloShuttle.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we invite you to contact us for clarification or suggestions.

Reservations and Confirmation

All reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the service date, in order to gather flight information, special requests, and properly plan your transfer. Reservations will be confirmed via WhatsApp message or a confirmation email.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to accept the terms and conditions, and to appear at the meeting point (lobby) at the agreed time, in a timely manner.

Privacy

All data collected is used exclusively for the management of transfer reservations and for no other purpose. You can consult our Privacy Policy for more details.

NO-SHOW Policy

The No-Show policy applies when the customer does not appear at the agreed place and time, after a waiting time of between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on the transfer. In this case, the customer may not request a refund. As support, a No-Show notification note signed by the unit operator or the hotel bellboy will be presented.
